The Lat: It’s the Glute of the Shoulder

Blog Talk – Episode 10

The Lat (Latissimus Dorsi) is one of the most important muscles in our body. It’s part of our core system and when it is weak we can can end up with chronic neck pain, shoulder dysfunction, lateral epicondylitis and even back pain. This is a huge muscle that requires some love and attention…and I’m not talking about the lat machine at the gym.

Years ago, I wrote a BLOG about the lat and how it can cause elbow pain. This new Blog Talk explains the unique qualities of the latissimus dorsi and how important it is to have it functioning well in our body. Further, it teaches you how to “re-pattern” all the goodness of the lat to relieve chronic neck pain specifically.
